Religions for Peace Europe partner in International “Nostra Aetate” Conference in Frankfurt

Frankfurt am Main, 5–6 November 2025 – Religions for Peace Europe participated as a partner in the international and interfaith conference “Jews, Muslims, and Christians: Three Faiths – One Hope, 60 Years after Nostra Aetate”, held in Frankfurt, Germany, on 5–6 November 2025.

The conference was organized by the Faculty of Philosophy and Theology “Sankt Georgen” in Frankfurt, in collaboration with the Catholic Academy of the Diocese of Limburg (Haus am Dom) and the Forum for Intercultural Dialogue e.V. (FIDeV).

As an international partner, Religions for Peace Europe contributed to promoting interfaith dialogue and mutual understanding among religious communities in Europe. The conference, marking the 60th anniversary of the Second Vatican Council’s declaration “Nostra Aetate”, brought together representatives of different faiths, academics, and global leaders to reflect on the legacy of this landmark document and share practical experiences of coexistence and interfaith respect.

The event also featured the participation of Prof. Assoc. Dr. Genti Kruja, President of Religions for Peace Europe. The program included plenary sessions, thematic discussions, and reflections on current challenges in interfaith dialogue.

Religions for Peace Europe’s participation as a partner in this international conference underscores its ongoing commitment to strengthening bridges of dialogue between religious communities across Europe and beyond.
